OUR CENTRE
The West African Academics Professional Centre (WAAPC) is an educational subsidiary of the Rural-Empowerment Foundation (REF). WAAPC strives to empower students to tackle challenges and take on new experiences. The Rural Empowerment Foundation (REF) is driving the vision of urbanising rural communities in the global south through agriculture, real estate, and education. WAAPC sponsors the education activities of REF.
Our Vision
The West African Academics Professional Centre (WAAPC) envisions a future in which individuals in rural communities in West Africa have access to high-quality education and training programs that equip them with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their careers and improve their standard of living.
