WAAPC's Policies
Terms and Conditions

Enrollment: To enroll in any of our language or professional training programs, applicants must complete the registration process and submit all required documentation, including payment of fees.

Payment: Fees for all courses are due at the time of registration. Payments can be made through the designated payment channels provided by WAAPC.

Attendance: Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes and arrive on time. Absences must be communicated to the WAAPC team beforehand.

Behavior: Students must behave respectfully and professionally in all interactions with WAAPC staff, instructors, and fellow students. Any inappropriate or disruptive behavior may result in immediate dismissal from the program.

Progression: Students are expected to demonstrate satisfactory progress in their studies. If students are not meeting the expected standards, WAAPC reserves the right to advise students on a remedial course or to terminate enrollment.
Refund Policy

All fees paid are non-refundable, except under exceptional circumstances, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis by WAAPC management.

In the case of exceptional circumstances, the refund will be calculated as follows:

Refund percentage = (number of completed classes / total number of classes) x 100%

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the approval of the refund request.
Cancellation Policy

WAAPC reserves the right to cancel a course if the minimum number of students required for the course is not met. In such cases, students will receive a full refund of the fees paid.

WAAPC reserves the right to cancel a course due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or governmental actions. In such cases, students will receive a prorated refund based on the number of classes completed.

In case of student-initiated cancellation, WAAPC will not provide any refunds.
