In February 2023, WAAPC Training Centre, operating under WAAPC Education Group, signed a Memorandum of Understanding with ETS in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire.
The MoU provided formal authorization for WAAPC Training Centre to deliver ETS related services locally. These include TOEIC, TOEFL Bridge, and TOEFL Junior, targeted at schools, institutions, and learners in Abidjan and surrounding areas.
The focus was practical and local. Make internationally recognised English assessments available without forcing candidates to navigate complex registration processes or travel
outside the country.
For WAAPC, the agreement strengthened its role as a structured testing and preparation centre. For learners and institutions, it meant access to trusted ETS assessments delivered through an authorised local partner.
